A professional website with a defined starting scope and payment schedule.
One customer organization and its primary Microsoft 365 tenant or production website. It pays for fixed planning, documentation, reporting, and account-level administration.
One enabled human user with a managed identity or paid Microsoft subscription. Unlicensed shared mailboxes are not billed as users.
Each enrolled workstation, laptop, server, or other endpoint. Servers use the separately published server rate.
Complete Managed Technology includes one primary workstation for each billed user. Additional workstations are $29 per month.
One live customer website on the agreed hosting platform. Ecommerce, high-traffic applications, and custom backends require a separate quote.
Counts are reviewed monthly. Added users and assets are billed at the published rate; removed users and assets stop billing on the next cycle after they are properly offboarded. Your invoice shows the count used.

Invoices
Recurring invoices are due in 15 days unless your order says otherwise. ACH is encouraged; autopay is disclosed before enrollment.
Commitment
When available, month-to-month service is 15% higher and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Prepayment
Applies to twelve prepaid months of Vantage Patch service fees, not licenses, vendor subscriptions, taxes, or projects.
Renewal protection
Vantage Patch service rates rise no more than 5% at renewal. Documented vendor and tax changes are itemized separately.
Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Hardware, shipping, taxes, Microsoft and third-party subscriptions, onsite travel, penetration testing, compliance certification, major migrations, data recovery, custom integrations, after-hours response, and work outside the written scope are excluded unless they appear as separate lines in your quote.
Early termination is not subject to a blanket percentage penalty. The customer pays undisputed charges, unavoidable third-party commitments, and any specifically disclosed unamortized onboarding discount. Standard offboarding includes the first four hours for accounts in good standing; additional time is $175 per hour.
